The Answers You Need

Cancellations

  • We completely understand that at times life happens and is completely out of our control. With this being said, if a cancellation of your appointment is required, we will need a 48-72 hours notice. Failure to meet the cancellation deadline will automatically make you ineligible for a refund for the remaining balance of your service fee. All deposits are still non-refundable.  This will not eliminate or change any future scheduled appointments, however there is a 30 day window to reschedule your service appointment starting from the first day of cancellation. After 30 days you are required to repay for your phenomenal cleaning services, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • If you are under a contractual agreement and wish to cancel your contract and all future cleanings moving forward, a written notice must be sent to contact@tandtphenomenalservices.com 2 weeks to 30 days prior to your next scheduled cleaning. You will then be sent a cancellation documentation agreement that needs to be signed and returned within 24-48 hours. Failure to sign this document will result in your contract still being active and payment will still be required, NO EXCEPTIONS!

  • Majority of our contractual clients have scheduled appointments 3-6 months in advance. Again we completely understand that at times life happens and is completely out of our control. With this being said, we will still require a 48-72 hour notice of cancellation of service. However since you are under contract and a refund will not be permitted under any circumstance, we will also require a desired reschedule date at which we will notify you if that date is available. If the date is not available, you will be sent the next availability date we have. We will require a reschedule date within a 30 day time frame of your canceled appointment date.

  • Under no circumstances are paid services transferrable to another service in the event you would like to cancel your appointment. You are able to reschedule your appointment with the payment you have made, however you are not able to transfer the funds to another clients service, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Refunds

 

  • In order to secure your desired appointment date, we require a 50% deposit. During promotional periods, all balances must be paid in full, NO EXCEPTIONS! In the event that you decide to cancel your appointment or terminate our services deposits are non-refundable.

  • During your consultation, each room being serviced will be discussed thoroughly to be sure that all expectations are successfully met. With this being said, if you are unsatisfied with our services, we require an one time reattempt before we are able to issue you a refund for your remaining balance, (Please be advised all reattempt services will only be performed on services already render to T&T Phenomenal Cleaning Services, LLC) NO EXCEPTIONS! However with any required payment you are welcome to purchase any other and/or additional services outside of services already rendered. All deposits are still nonrefundable.

  • For our contractual clients, all payments are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS! However, if there was an issue with your services, please email or give a call to our customer care line to discuss further action.

Scheduled Appointments

  • There will be a non-refundable consultation fee charged upon scheduling your consultation appointment. 

​

  • On the day of your scheduled appointment, please be sure that any items you would not like to be misplaced are locked away safely. Any items already damaged or broken need to be removed prior to cleaning or it will not be serviced. We will not be liable for any misplaced, already damaged or broken valuables.

  • All pets are required to be locked away from all areas where our charladies will be cleaning. Failure

  • to lock away your pets can result in the possibility of  cancelling your service. Please also be mindful that T&T Phenomenal Cleaning Service under no circumstances, will not clean any sort of pet feces. Please be sure all pet feces are cleaned prior to our arrival.

  • If you will not be present at the time of your appointment, please be sure that your home/business is accessible. Failure to provide access will automatically cancel your appointment and a $50 inconvenience fee will be charged in order to reschedule. You will also be ineligible to receive a refund. 

Payment

  • T&T Phenomenal Cleaning Services, LLC accepts the following forms of payment: â€‹

    • Pay by Card Via Square Invoices

    • Approval ACH payments Via Square Invoices

    • Pay by Card Via Paypal Payment Invoices

    • Approval Personal Checks (A $35 Fee will need to be paid for any return checks before future bookings

  • Business Cash App,  Business Zelle

  • Balance must be paid in full by 5:00 P.M. the business day before your service appointment date. Failure to complete full payment within the required time frame will require cancellation of your appointment. You will be required to call in to reschedule your cleaning.  â€‹
